    This 50 minute HIIT inspired mat Pilates class combines dynamic, low impact movement with high intensity intervals to tone, burn, and boost your heart rate. While using props and powerful sculpting movements, expect to get sweaty, sculpt your muscles, and challenge your endurance. This class leaves you feeling invigorated and refreshed, perfect for a post-workout dip in the ocean. All levels are welcome.

    This is a 50 minute dumbbell based strength class that targets your legs, glutes, abs, and arms using heavy weights and form-focused movement. Expect a mix of dynamic supersets and intentional burnouts designed to build strength and definition. This class is perfect for those looking to move beyond the mat and into powerful, muscle building movements. Bonus: We intentionally recruit the muscles you've awakened in our Dawn class, making this a powerful follow-up that reinforces mind-to-muscle connection.
