What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will lose their class credit. For memberships, we require a minimum of 10 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 10 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $10 fee. 

What is your No Show policy?

If you no-show a class without cancelling, you will be subject to a $15 fee. 

What are the membership terms?

Memberships are billed monthly. Members must go through one full autodebit before cancelling. 

What are the membership perks?

Members will get early access to our class schedule. They have a shorter cancellation window. They get 20% off our merchandise, event tickets, and private sessions. They are able to bring 1 friend to class with them for free every month. Founders memberships are granted two buddy passes monthly. 

Where should I park?

There is parking in front of and behind the studio. There is additional parking throughout the shopping center. 

What is your late policy?

We offer a 5 minute grace period for arrivals. If you arrive later than 5 minutes, you will not be able to enter the class. 

What should I bring?

Grip socks are required for each class. Bring your grip socks, a mat, and a water bottle and be ready to move and sweat! Mats are available to rent for $4. 

How often is the studio cleaned?

Cleanliness is very important to us. We sanitize and clean our equipment after each class. The studio space is cleaned daily.

What should I wear?

Grip socks are required for all classes. Wear something comfortable and form fitting you are able to move in. 

Can I bring my kids?

Children and babies are not able to come to the classes or stay in the lobby.
